Stud Contract
I __________________________ am leaving my dam _____________ with the owners of PomSource.com on _______________ to be bred by _____________ who is AKC / APR registered and a proven stud. PomSource.com will not be responsible for any accidents that may occur during the breeding session, but will do everything within it's power to ensure a healthy and safe environment. The health and wellbeing of the bitch is the sole responsibility of the dogs' owners. A stud fee of $_________________ has been agreed upon between PomSource.com and the dam owners and will be paid prior to breeding.
Stud Owner Agrees to: 1. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge. 2. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and current brucellosis test. 3. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner. 4. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify PomSource.com of the failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, PomSource.com reserves the right to offer a different stud to the owner of the bitch. 5. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt of the stud service and a record of the breeding dates. PomSource.com initials _______ Bitch owners initials _______
Bitch Owner Agrees to: 1. Pay the agreed upon stud service fee before the bitch is serviced. 2. Provide veterinary certificate of current clear Brucellosis test. 3. Send bitch in good health and in season. PomSource.com initials _______ Bitch owners initials _______
Other Conditions: 1. One puppy born alive constitutes a litter. 2. If the bitch fails to conceive on the return service, this contract is terminated.
