Warranty
We sell quality puppies/dogs. We do not guarantee size, color, coat, or temperament. We also do not guarantee our puppies/dogs for breeding or show. They are sold as is and they are sold as pets.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. This applies to any and all deposits and purchase amounts.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the puppy/dog examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase/receipt of animal or any warranty by PomSource will be null and void. Once examined and found healthy, seller assumes no further responsibility after sale/delivery. If your veterinarian finds a life-threatening problem, we will replace the puppy/dog with another of equal or lesser value and of the same breed, gender and color as soon as one becomes available. We must have a statement from your vet stating the nature of the problem. For a replacement animal to be released, the defective animal and all of its papers must be returned to PomSource. The buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees.
Should anything unforeseen happen to a puppy or dog before the buyer has taken possession of the animal, any monies received towards the deposit or purchase price shall be transferred to the next available puppy or dog of similar color and gender of equal value.
PomSource assumes no responsibility for the puppy/dog after leaving our premises which includes, but is not limited to: injuries, veterinary and/or medical bills, allergies, family disputes, landlord disagreements, insurance coverage and/or housebreaking.
Our guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of the puppy/dog and becomes void if ownership of the animal is transferred.
The posting of this warranty on this website on the public domain of the world wide web constitutes the complete and current warranty provided by PomSource. No other representations or promises apply. "The provisions of this warranty shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws and statutes of the state of Illinois. The Venue for any litigation concerning this warranty will be limited to Pike county, Illinois, under a non-jury proceeding."
